To create/edit a constant, click on the "Constants" button:

Then it is necessary to select "Add constant". In the opened window select the language, fill in the fields "Name", "Value", "Description".

To edit constants it is necessary to make changes in the corresponding fields. To save changes, click on the "save" icon.
If you specify the same constant name, you will be warned about repeating the constant name.

To delete an existing constant, click on the "Delete" icon
