KEARCH hereby requests the consent of the user to provide the user’s personal information to a third party as follows.

1. Recipient of personal information

   : The clinic you select for the purpose of consultation and appointment scheduling

2. Purpose of use of personal information by the recipient of personal information : To make phone calls or contact via SMS/Chat to confirm the consultation at the clinic, make an appointment at the clinic, or to provide guidance

3. Items of personal information provided : Name, gender, mobile phone number, Social Media ID, nationality, age, year of birth, information of the event for which the consultation was requested

4. Period of retention and use of personal information by the recipient of personal information : 3 months from the date of receipt

5. The fact that users have the right to refuse consent and the details of any disadvantages in the event of consent refusal : Users may refuse to consent to the provision of personal information to third parties, but in this case, Korean medical institutions may not be able to provide consultation and/or treatment services.
