Fill in the information fields about your bot:
Account Name - The name of your bot
- Uri - Used to refer to your bot (similar to a nickname)
- Category, Subcategory - What does your company do?
- Language - the main language of your bot
- Account Description - a short description of your bot
- Website Address - a link to your website
- Email Address - email address
- Location (map) - you need to put a marker on the map itself on the country in which the bot will operate (text search does not work at the time of writing this manual)
After filling in the information fields, you will see your token (Token) of the form 50e3a477b9a7e5d6-4d366301958262ce-4b34621a68480f4c. You need to paste it in the Viber channel settings in Kwizbot. Copy the token and paste it into @Bots settings in Kwizbot (/settings/bots - select the desired bot, click the "wheel" and paste the received token into the "Viber Token" field, then click the "Connect bot to channel" button.
If everything is done correctly, you will see a green icon indicating that your account has been successfully connected to Kwizbot).

To publish your bot in the Viber network, go to More > Settings > My Bots in the mobile app, select the created bot, and click the Publish button (you need to enable data transmission via the operator's mobile network).
After creating the bot, it will not be displayed in searches. To do this, you need to contact Viber Support, where you will be transferred to the right department and help you make various settings, such as displaying it in searches or enabling Apple and Google Pay payments if they are in the script.
It should be remembered that in Viber, a bot can write to a user "for free" within one day from the moment the user writes something to the bot. If this time has passed, the "Chatbot-initiated message" model comes into play, where we can write to bot subscribers at any time, but such messages are charged depending on the country where the subscriber's phone belongs. To change the name of the Viber bot, go to the settings, enter the name of the bot that you want to be displayed in Viber in the Viber Bot Name field and click the Link to Bot button
