Digital Navigation Services

Our digital navigation services empower Orange County residents to confidently navigate a digital world. With an emphasis on personalized and tailored support, we provide device setup/troubleshooting, general tech support, a wide range of digital skills building, and connect residents to essential digital community resources.

We have created and regularly update a  Digital Navigator Knowledge Base to provide a centralized source of pertinent information that can be utilized by our navigators and the community.

How to Request Our Services

Individuals who require services offered by our digital navigators have several options to choose from based on their needs, preferences, and availability. We are available from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
