The technical forum had a predecessor in the Digital panel / forum. This forum was designed to support the digital and technical aspects of the project. It had a few false starts, after initially being set up in August 2021. With the digital turn of the project between Nov 21 - Jan 22, the digital aspects of the project became more centralised and funnelled through the Investigations meeting. However, there is still a need for more technical conversations and decision making forums and that is the job of the now Congruence Engine technical forum.
