You've got a response! Yay! Let's go over the options you have when handling order responses.
All orders will have a pending Payment Status when they are submitted.
Before confirming or rejecting an order, make sure you double check that the person has indeed sent a payment or has definitely not sent a payment.
From there, sending a confirmation email is as easy as selecting a button! Just click on the payment status dropdown and select Accepted. Confirm that you want to send an email and click Update!
To send a rejection email, select Rejected in the dropdown and then check the email option. You'll also be able to select a reason why you are rejecting their order.
Note: when joiners reply to confirmation or rejection emails, that reply gets sent to the email you signed up with.
