The CRM Suite: Integration for Jira app allows you to configure two types of custom fields:
- Contacts - shows the list of contacts associated with a ticket.
- Companies - shows the list of companies associated with a ticket.
Configuring the Contacts field
- Navigate to the Jira administration.
- Select Custom fields.
- Click Add custom field.
- In the Select a field type form, select the Contact field type.
- Click Next.
- Enter the name and description of the field.
- Click Create.
- Select the screens in which you want to show this field.
- Save the associations.
Configuring the Companies field
- Navigate to the Jira administration.
- Select Custom fields.
- Click Add custom field.
- In the Select a field type form, select the Company field type.
