The CRM Suite: Integration for Jira app allows you to configure two types of custom fields:

Configuring the Contacts field

  1. Navigate to the Jira administration.
  2. Select Custom fields.
  3. Click Add custom field.
  4. In the Select a field type form, select the Contact field type.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Enter the name and description of the field.
  7. Click Create.
  8. Select the screens in which you want to show this field.
  9. Save the associations.

Configuring the Companies field

  1. Navigate to the Jira administration.
  2. Select Custom fields.
  3. Click Add custom field.
  4. In the Select a field type form, select the Company field type.
