Should you be granted access to privileged information or back of house areas, you must keep all information completely confidential and not take any photos unless required.
Staff or volunteers of any kind must not take or post any photographs or videos of event areas (especially stages, installations etc) prior to the event opening.
Most Untitled Group events have a strict no refund policy, with attendees who can no longer attend the event encouraged to list their ticket on Tixel or sell it privately to a friend. Event specific Terms and Conditions can be found on the event's website.
Staff or volunteers of any kind are not permitted, under any circumstances, to offer refunds or reimbursements of any kind to attendees.
