- Starting thumbs up, push flag from your right and push flag out moving it to your left, like making a cone with your flag. As you start this move, you will bend your knees and then as you extend your flag out in front of you, your legs will straighten and you will be on your tip toes.
- Flag is now done with your “top cone” and is up in front of you and your legs are in normal position.
- Row flag down
- Flag now horizontal at your belly button and hands returned to tape and pole cap.
