SiCepat App User Evaluation using Design Sprint Methodology

Bussines & Product Objectives

Aim to increase efficiency and usability of SiCepat App. Especially to make the experience of order process better, and to speed up the order process time.

Methodology

1. User Research

Based on user behavior and motivation for using the app, we identified four distinct types of SiCepat Ekspres app users:

• The Receiver ➡ Users who primarily track incoming packages and don't conduct shipping transactions.
• Online Seller (Non-Ecommerce) ➡ Users who handle all shipping transactions manually since their selling platform lacks integrated logistics services.
• Online Seller (Ecommerce) ➡ Users who occasionally process shipments through the app when they can't ship through their e-commerce platform.
• One-time Sender ➡ Casual users who ship packages occasionally, not as part of regular business operations.

3. Ideation (Affinity Mapping)

During this phase, we mapped out the features of both the SiCepat App and its competitors based on our benchmark analysis and user interviews.

Our analysis revealed several features present in competitor apps but missing from SiCepat, such as draft saving, detailed insurance options, and additional packaging choices. We also found that competitors offer a more intuitive user experience that simplifies the transaction process.
