I was successfully able to apply two resources in this project, AWS Organizations for making my root account a management account and creating/adding memeber.

Further, using IAM Identity Center for creating users, groups, permissions and assigning them accordingly to the accounts in my AWS Organization.

USE CASE:

A retail store head office IT adminstrator can create a root AWS account, then enable AWS Organization to create accounts for branch offices and use AWS IAM Identity Center to create users, group them and give them permissions.
