Step 1: Read Client Website Project Terms & Agreements by DeVore Enterprises
Hello new customer. Thank you for choosing DeVore Enterprises for your website project. Please review the important information below.
- Our website design projects will include a desktop and mobile version. DeVore Enterprises now has a partnership with Wix.com.
- The initial cost of your website will be a flat rate. For example, $500 or $1,000. We require a 50% deposit before starting on your project and the remaining balance will be paid upon completion.
- If you ask DeVore Enterprises to perform any extra work or updates outside of what was initially agreed upon in our contract, our rate is $50 per hour. This is non-negotiable. We no longer provide clients with the option of a flat-rate monthly plan for website updates.
- Please only contact us between Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm. Any emails or phone calls made on the weekend will be returned on Monday.
- As the website business owner, you are responsible for the payments of your Wix subscription, business email fee, and website domain fee for your website. If you do not pay your bill, your website will not be public again until you make your payment to Wix.
- Please only send us high-quality photos and videos for your website. If the quality is poor, it will show on the website. We do provide photo or video enhancement services.
- DeVore Enterprises will transfer the website ownership over to you after your final payment is made. Please create a free account on Wix.com and provide us with the email you used.
- Any additional software required will be paid for by the client. For instance, you may want to integrate bookings into your website using Calendly. You are responsible for paying your monthly subscription for that software.
- The client will receive a digital invoice where they can submit their website payments using their debit or credit cards.
- If DeVore Enterprises declines to complete your website project for any reason, we will refer you to another website design firm.
