Before You Start

This workflow lives inside a Claude Project. If you followed the last two NB2 newsletters, you already have one set up with your brand research, reference cards, and format prompts. You're adding to it.

If you're starting fresh, set up your Claude Project first using the prompting doc from Issue 2:

1 Winning Ad → 15 Formats: Complete Prompt Library

That doc walks you through:

Once your Claude Project exists, here's what to do with a new chat in that project:

  1. Add these lines to your existing Project Instructions (paste at the bottom):
CLASSIFICATION RULES:

When classifying ads, use the Format Classification Guide in your project knowledge.

BLOCKED PERSONA LABELS (never use these):
happy customer, satisfied user, repeat buyer, loyal customer, general consumer, everyday user, health-conscious consumer, value seeker, quality seeker, brand advocate, typical customer, regular user, explorer, enthusiast, food lover, conscious consumer, mindful consumer

BLOCKED ANGLE DESCRIPTORS (never use these):
great product, best ever, premium quality, worth it, amazing quality, highly recommend, perfect gift, good value, love it, must have, game changer, life changing

If you catch yourself writing any of those, stop and get more specific.

That's it. Your project is ready. Now you have three prompts to run in order.

How This System Works

  1. Pull ads from Meta Ad Library for your brand + 3-5 competitors (see the newsletter for the Imageye walkthrough)
