Members who participate in customer-oriented projects developed by FLOC* in exchange for FIAT or cryptocurrencies are entitled to be rewarded with a fair share of such revenues in proportion to their participation and the impact of the delivery. The same role in different projects may have different weights.

FLOC* works as follows: Before starting a project, the economic estimate is raised, for this they line up to make the apportionment according to the impact of the tasks and thus establish the percentages linked in each phase. In short, a percentage goes to FLOC* to assume expenses and costs of logistics, supplies, rents, licenses, etc. Another for the workers and another part, if any, for whoever gets the lead as a commission. They think it is a fairer way of sharing profits and an incentive for anyone who joins the project.

FLOC Treasury - 20% / 25%*

Lead Commission - 5% / 10%

Freeleaders Participation - 60% / 70%

<aside> 🗽 In the case of creating new international delegations such as FLOC USA or FLOC ASIA we are thinking of allocating 10% / 12.5% of the general FLOC* Treasury for the Treasury of these delegations regarding projects that are captured in that area.**
