The Compensation app is designed to help you pay teammates around the world. Payments are calculated automatically and synced with the teammate's record, making it effortless to keep clean records and know where you stand.

How it Works

Compensation works for two types of contributors:

1. Hourly Workers

• Add teammates with an hourly rate.
• When their timesheet or hours are approved, the app automatically calculates the payment amount.
• A “Pay” button appears when a payment is due, based on their hours worked.

2. Salaried Workers

• Add salaried employees with their annual salary and start date.
• The system automatically calculates their pro-rated earnings up to the current date.
• A payment becomes available every two weeks (by default), ensuring steady and timely payroll—without any manual math.
