We want KeyNinja to be an enjoyable and safe platform for everyone. For that to happen, these ground rules are designed to ensure that Ninjas could achieve earn and achieve their goals safely.
-
Respect each other
- Treat everyone as you would like to be treated yourself with respect. It’s common courtesy not to show up with bad attitude when meeting guests. Most important of all, remember that when you join KeyNinja, you will meet people who may look different or think differently from you. Please respect those differences as we want everyone to feel welcome.
- We value personal space and privacy. It’s OK to engage a chat or two with guests. But please do not make inappropriate remarks on someone’s appearance or ask whether they are single.
-
Safety first
- When Ninja are delivering keys, they are responsible to their own safety, that means driving while maintaining the speed limit; no texting while driving; always using a phone mount, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
-
Feedback makes us all better
- Honest feedback helps ensure that everyone is accountable for their behaviour. This accountability creates a respectful, safe environment for end-users using the platform. And if an unfortunate incident occurs during the key delivering process or posts delivering process — whether it’s a traffic accident or an argument — make sure to report the KN management team through slack.
