🔧 The Position
- We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to help us become the world's leading digital bank for women. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, mission-driven individual with an uncapped enthusiasm for our customers! You will be responsible primarily for day to day communications with our customers, answering through all major support channels.
🤸♀️ What You'll Do
- Work closely with our Head of Community to give our Jefa customers a fantastic user experience.
- Answer customers via email, in-app chat (Intercom) & social media.
- Conduct phone interviews for feedback or support with our users.
- Empower our customers by making sure they know our features. For many of our customers, this could be their first experience opening a bank account and will have many questions. It is important to make them feel comfortable and safe opening an account with us.
- Be on call during regular business hours (8am- 6pm), Monday-Friday.
- Help develop the customer service vision, strategy and implementation for Jefa alongside the Head of Community.
- Help out with occasional on-the grounds in Mexico tasks: Meeting card suppliers, attending conferences, etc.
👩💻 Who You Are
- You have several years of experience as a customer service agent, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Experience using customer service tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, etc.
- You are passionate about helping people and have an outgoing and positive spirit.
- You are a problem solver. You love to think about solutions and ways to solve customers' problems quickly and compassionately.
- You are very attentive to details.
