Role Description

We are recruiting for a talented and experienced Community Success Manager to join us!

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via telegram, discord and email
• Resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product and Operation teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Community Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with Crypto, Blockchain is a plus
• Experience using Telegram, Discord, and other remote support tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Empathy and patience are a must
• Strong English writing and speaking skills
