PER:FORM, an award-winning international communications agency founded by former Microsoft PR professionals, is looking for a specialist to lead and grow content projects on Reddit and X (formerly Twitter) — and also potentially contribute to content creation and management across other social platforms
What you’ll do
- Daily monitoring of Reddit and X, identifying relevant threads and discussions
- Tracking trends, meme culture, and news cycles; spotting opinion leaders
- Developing weekly content plans and situational content ideas
- Writing and publishing posts and comments
- Designing and executing engagement scenarios: AMAs, polls, comment chains, events
- Managing community interactions and user engagement
- Overseeing multiple accounts and structuring workflows between them
- Ensuring the security and proper operation of all managed profiles
What you’ll bring
- Excellent English copywriting skills (including the ability to evaluate AI-generated content)
- Deep understanding of community culture and tone of voice nuances
- Solid knowledge of Reddit and X mechanics, structures, rules, and trends
- Proven experience in designing and running engagement activities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing multiple profiles across platforms
- Ability to analyze performance metrics (Reddit karma, engagement rate, CTR, views) and draw insights
