We are looking for a volunteer Community Program Manager to help create a vibrant ecosystem at WoCl with well run sub-communities.

5 hours / week

You’ll also have significant impact on the climate journey of your fellow members as you help scale the world’s largest online climate community!

Q: What will I do?

• Own, improve and drive the on-boarding experience for new organizers
• Support sub-community organizers and empower them to be successful with serving their own communities
• Carefully grow the number of different communities at WoCl
• Manage stakeholders relationships between the WoCl Core Team and sub-teams, organizers and members

Q: What skills and commitment do I need?

• Be reliable (volunteering can be hard!)
• Have excellent organizational and written & verbal communication skills.
• Be creative and independent with creating and running programs.
• Bonus: have previous experience with managing volunteers in person or online.
