The Role

As Community Manager, you will oversee and activate our growing league of artists, storytellers, community moderators, and crypto enthusiasts as we launch our inaugural production, a first of its kind interactive storytelling adventure. We are in search of a community building magician who can help us scale an engaged creative community, develop processes for how the community operates and support its day-to-day operations. For the right person, this position will start as a contract role with the potential to grow into greater responsibility with proven results.

In this role you will:

• Identify & implement growth and engagement strategies to build a world-class creative community
• Oversee a cohort of community moderators—identifying, onboarding, and empowering mods who can amplify your shared vision for community engagement
• Manage the Story DAO Discord server, settings, and security in conjunction with the Story DAO team
• Oversee the design & implementation of onboarding processes for new community members
• Work with the Director of Experience Design to identify & implement collaborative world-building strategies that we can test & implement with our community
• Assist with regional growth initiatives across Asia, Europe, Africa and South America
• Iterate in all that you do, maintaining a growth mindset and seeking out ways to continuously improve your efforts
