You will be responsible for building a highly engaged community through meaningful interactions, creator relationships, customer conversations, events, and brand-led experiences.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage the brand’s community across Instagram, WhatsApp, events, and other consumer touchpoints.
- Engage actively with customers, creators, and brand advocates through comments, DMs, groups, and community initiatives.
- Plan and execute community-led campaigns, events, gifting experiences, and brand moments.
- Work closely with content, design, and influencer teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and experience.
- Gather consumer insights, feedback, and sentiment to help shape brand and content decisions.
What we are looking for
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of social media culture, consumer behaviour, and online communities.
- Experience in community management, social media, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships is a plus.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, tone, and modern luxury branding.
