Summary

Sam flagged the Sponsor Directory static review page because it included Churchill Downs as a sponsor candidate. Sam confirmed the firm does not sponsor Churchill Downs. I corrected the local, draft-only review surface and hardened the local rebuild path so the false row is not regenerated.

What changed

• Removed Churchill Downs from the current static review page: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/community-hub-2026-06-14/static-review/sponsor-directory.html.
• Removed Churchill Downs from the current sponsor review CSV: /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/admin/community-hub-2026-06-13/data/public-safe-sponsor-directory-review-2026-06-13.csv.
• Changed all remaining vendor_center rows in the review CSV to Needs sponsorship verification before use.
• Changed the visible page heading from Public-Safe Directory Draft to Private Evidence Review Draft.
• Updated the launch checklist row count from 34 to 33 and changed Sponsor Directory to a sponsorship-evidence hold.
• Patched the June 4 and June 13 local builders so the false row is skipped and vendor-center-only rows are held if the scripts are reused.
• Corrected the June 4 derived sponsor CSV and generated preview blocks. The raw Litify evidence export was left intact as an audit snapshot.

Passed checks: current static page has 33 rows, current CSV has 33 rows, June 4 derived CSV has 33 rows, June 4 preview blocks have 33 rows, the bad name is absent from all corrected review surfaces, all 9 vendor-center rows are held, the builder guards are present, and both patched Python files compile.

Browser note: the Codex Browser plugin previously rejected local file:// reloads under its security policy, so this pass used static parser QA instead of browser automation.

Rollback

Remaining blockers

• The raw Litify evidence export still contains the vendor record as an audit snapshot. The local builders exclude it now, but the live operational source should be reviewed before future non-local rebuilds.
• The remaining vendor_center rows are not sponsor-ready. They need sponsorship or marketing evidence before publication.
• Sponsor Directory still needs final count, logo, photo-rights, caption, partner-name, and school or minor-related visual approval before any WordPress draft or live publish step.
