Created the Community Hub launch checklist handoff artifact for the private draft set. The artifact maps each draft page to publish readiness, rights status, canonical source, target menu label, redirect decision, RankMath status, and final screenshot approval status.

Updated the reusable local generator at /Users/samaguiar/Documents/New Webpages/tools/build_community_hub_launch_checklist.py so future runs include RankMath status, final screenshot approval evidence, human approval blockers, and a cold-start handoff section.

Read-only WordPress audit completed on June 15, 2026: 145 draft-like items and 562 published items reviewed. The Community Hub draft set remains draft-only.
The checklist marks all ten pages as not ready for public launch today. Most are structure-only drafts under the generic pre-publish rules. NIL and Sponsor Directory have rights holds. Sam Cares has a merge, redirect, and canonical hold because the existing live /about-us/sam-cares/ page remains public and /community/sam-cares/ currently redirects there.
Publish approval is still required for all ten pages. Navigation approval is still required before adding Community menu items. Redirect and canonical approval is still required for Sam Cares. NIL item-level rights are still required before using athlete names, photos, university marks, agreement language, or payment details. Sponsor Directory still needs final partner-name, logo, caption, count, and school or minor-related visual review. Final screenshot approval is pending for every page. RankMath metadata logs exist, but a final RankMath UI or endpoint verification pass should happen before launch.

Suggested next step: prepare a go-live package only after Sam approves the launch lane. That package should handle final content expansion, RankMath verification, rights clearance, screenshot approval, menu placement, redirect/canonical decisions, and rollback.
