1. Be Kind and Respectful

Treat all members with courtesy. Disagreements are fine—disrespect, passive-aggressive comments, or personal attacks are not. Please also be respectful toward the staff at any venues we visit.

2. No Harassment or Bullying

Harassment in any form—online or in person—is not tolerated. This includes unwanted messages, intimidation, or stalking.

3. Respect Event Hosts and Organizers

Hosts are dedicating time and energy to create great experiences. Please communicate respectfully and honor their decisions around group rules, RSVPs, and attendance.

4. Show Up and Be Considerate

If you can't make it, cancel in advance. Arrive relatively on time, and be respectful of the venues we visit.

5. Event Reservations & No-Show Policy

To keep events fair and respectful for everyone, members are expected to update their RSVP if they can no longer attend. Hosts plan their time, reservations, and event setup based on the RSVPs they receive.

A no-show occurs when a member RSVPs “Yes” but does not attend and does not update their RSVP or notify the host/organizer ahead of time.
