We want this to be a fun, pleasant, and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Discretion

We encourage you to talk about our ****Distant community outside these virtual walls—spreading the wealth and growing this community would make us so happy! With that being said, it's of utmost importance to us that this space remains safe, intentional, and authentic. In order to do so, we will screen potential members as they ask to join. Following that screening process and shortly after a member is accepted into Distant, we ask that they post in #introductions with the following information: name, pronouns, location, industry, favorite pasta shape.
