As Community Builder, you will be Kindred’s community designer-in-chief working to develop a bonded and impactful community of socially responsible leaders leveraging (1) community design and (2) experience communications.
You will thoughtfully build a community engagement plan that pinpoints the conversations and content that support, educate, and excite members about the future of socially responsible leadership.
You will be the experience team’s communicator**, building trust through community support, responsive feedback mechanisms, content distribution, and digital engagement**. Your strategic chops will align community communications and channels for features and launches, intracommunity promotions and connections, and more.
Kindred members are senior executives leading for-profit and nonprofit companies. Our members span industries, job functions, and impact areas. The community is passionate about deepening its understanding of environmental, social, and governance issues, sharing practices to accelerate their impact, and making decisions and partnerships that support a more equitable society and inclusive economy.
This role works as a crucial part of a growing membership organization. Your insights about the Kindred community will be key to driving impact, recruiting members that add to the community and Kindred’s mission, and nurturing evangelists that fuel an engaged community.
Develop Kindred’s member experience to become a destination community for learning about and addressing the barriers to corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Communicate Implement an effective, measurable communication plan that delivers marketing- and experience-created content alongside community-generated content.
Build Community Build relationships with and between Kindred community members and support their membership experience.
Collaborate Share insights and work cross-functionally with the team to influence product development, marketing campaigns, and more,
