1. I require half of the payment to start working. 2. I can decline any order I feel uncomfortable with. 3. Customer is allowed unlimited changes/adjustments within reason. 4. I reserve the right to use all commissions in my portfolio/examples. Designs will not be resold. 5. All rights are reserved exclusively by myself and the client who commissioned the work.

Can you lower the price on [item]?

I cannot. My work takes time and skill and I'm not comfortable charging less for what I do.

Why do your commissions cost so much?

Multiple reasons: I value the time it takes me to complete quality work.

Can you draw?

I cannot. I am a designer, not an artist.

Can I DMCA anyone who uses my (commissioned) work?

Yes. All my clients reserve the right to file DMCA claims on anyone who uses their commissioned work without permission.
