We're looking for someone proactive and driven, with great attention to detail, to join our Operations team. You will be playing an important role in making sure that all our subscriptions and virtual events run smoothly and that our customers get the best experience possible when they've booked activities.
We need you because more and more customers are using Unlock and the number of activities booked via our platform is increasing rapidly. This is a great opportunity to learn first-hand about the commercial operations of a B2B startup, work with interesting stakeholders and make a real impact at an early stage.

You will help optimise our commercial operations as we scale, continually improving our processes. You will liaise directly with customers and experience providers to manage booking enquiries and subscriptions and make sure our customers get the best experience possible.
