Run the recurring command-center iteration loop and improve the command center as an operating surface, not just a status report.

What Improved

Treated /Users/samaguiar/Documents/Projects/Repos/sail-command-center as the active surface and verified it locally in live mode.
Sampled live sources instead of trusting mock cards: Notion live Needs Follow-up count was 190 at 2026-06-05T11:35:44Z; Litify live checks returned MVA leads today 0, MVA leads MTD 39, MVA signed MTD 17, MVA missing source 2, and Paid ad spend YTD $893,443.72.
Confirmed the local live command-center payload matched those Litify values, while the mock file still contained materially stale values.
Staged a reversible repo improvement: a visible trust banner that shows live versus mock, live-adapter warnings, Notion live versus fallback state, and stale connector-history persistence.
Added automated coverage for the trust-summary logic.

Local command-center app on port 3007: live mode, auth-protected, verified.

npm test: 8 files passed, 27 tests passed.
npm run build: success, with the existing Turbopack trace warning on connector-store still present.
Desktop and mobile browser checks passed against the local auth-protected live app after the trust-banner change.
