Troubleshooting & Common Questions

The app isn’t identifying colors accurately.

Try adjusting the lighting, turning on the flashlight feature, or increasing the brightness in the app. The app works best with good ambient lighting.

How do I save a custom color?

Tap the color preview hexagon and select Save Color. You can name and adjust the color before saving it to your library.

What do the modes like “Boost” and “Shape” do?

They provide different ways of highlighting sensitive color ranges (reds, blues, etc.) for better visual assistance. You can choose between preset colors or assign your own.

• We do not collect or store any personal data.
• All color processing is done locally on your device.
