Context

We set out to build a lightweight collaborative tool for small remote teams (3–10 people), early-stage startups, and student project groups.

The goal was to define an MVP within a 6-week timeline and limited resources (2 frontend engineers, 1 backend engineer, 1 product designer).

Product Overview

A lightweight collaborative board that allows teams to create boards, manage columns and cards, add tags and due dates, and collaborate through comments, all without the complexity of traditional project management tools.
