  1. We are here to help each other: The goal of this group is to share resources and support other People Ops People in workplaces thinking about, or already offering, remote work to employees. We expect participants to know what their company guidelines are in terms of what they can and can not share.
  2. Be a good human: Simply put - treat everyone with the respect and courtesy they deserve. We will not tolerate harassing behavior, insults, sexist, racist, politically charged jokes, etc. Harassing behavior will result in removal from the group. When communicating, do so with thoughtfulness and care! If you see something that feels “off,” approach it with a desire to understand and educate, not attack. If you need to report behavior that violates our Code of Conduct, please reach out to Meghan, Ali, or Leah.
  3. Don’t spam: Please do not sell your products or services in this channel. If you want to share a job you are hiring for use “job_board” and if you want to get opinions on specific tools or vendors use “vendor_tools_feedback”
  4. We've turned off @here and @all functionality to reduce noise and help us all manage our notifications 😂
