This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all those who participate in our community, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

Ride Report is committed to providing a friendly, safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, or religion (or lack thereof). Ride Report does not tolerate harassment at any time nor in any form of members of our community including but not limited to: founders, employees, contractors, customers, partners, investors and business associates.

Do not insult or put down other members of the community. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, exclusionary or offensive jokes are not appropriate at Ride Report and will not be tolerated.

Expected Behavior

Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behaviors include intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory or demeaning speech or actions at the workplace, in an online setting, in communications between members of the community, and at all events related to or carried out in the context of Ride Report.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to, harmful or prejudicial verbal or written comments related to gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, race, religion (or lack thereof), disability, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides), deliberate intimidation, stalking or following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of meetings or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Ride Report will not tolerate any unacceptable behavior from any founder, employee or contractor. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.

If a community member engages in unacceptable behavior, Ride Report leadership may take any action they deem appropriate, including taking disciplinary action that could include dismissal without warning.

If You Witness or Are Subject to Unacceptable Behavior

If you are subject to or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify Alexis or William as soon as possible.
