By participating in the Bantrly Design Hackathon, you agree to:
- Register and provide accurate information about yourself or your team.
- Submit original work that complies with the challenge brief and guidelines.
- Follow all rules, deadlines, and instructions provided by the organizers.
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of any information shared during the hackathon.
- Use the Bantrly platform, Slack workspace, and other resources responsibly and professionally.
2. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. During the hackathon, you must:
- Treat fellow participants, mentors, and organizers with respect and professionalism.
- Avoid harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior in any form.
- Collaborate and communicate in a constructive, supportive manner.
- Respect all intellectual property and proprietary materials shared by Bantrly or other participants.
- Report any violations or issues to the organizers immediately via Slack or email.
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in disqualification or removal from the hackathon.
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
- Participants retain ownership of their submitted designs and ideas.
- By submitting work to the hackathon, you grant Bantrly the right to use, modify, showcase, and incorporate your designs and ideas into its product or platform.
- Bantrly may choose to integrate exceptional submissions into its product; in such cases, participants will receive credit for their work wherever appropriate.
- Submission of work constitutes an agreement that Bantrly may own the resulting IP, while recognizing and crediting contributors.
