Who is eligible?

• Everyone using Cobot, including members, are eligible to become an affiliate.
• Integration Partners who would like to refer their customers to Cobot can become an affiliate.
• Trusted members of the Coworking community are eligible to become an affiliate.

None of the above? You can still become an affiliate.

• Are you an active member of the coworking community, or are you well-connected in an industry segment?
• Do you have knowledge of our product and pricing?
• Do you understand and agree with our values?

How do I become an affiliate?

It's simple! If you meet the criteria under 'Who is Eligible,' congratulations—send us an email to [email protected] to get your code.

How does the payout work?

After your referred user completes their third consecutive paid month, you will receive an email from our Affiliate Manager with an overview of your account. You will receive 50% of the spaces subscription fees for the first three months of their service with us.

You can then send us an invoice, and we will pay it via bank transfer or PayPal.

You will also receive a login so you can view your referred spaces via a dashboard.

Can I refer my own space?

Unfortunately no, you cannot refer your own space.

Can I refer someone within my network?

If you are part of a network, feel free to refer partners and colleagues in the same network.

What happens if the space forgot to mention me when they signed up?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply this benefit retroactively. However, if your referral is still on their trial period, we may still be able to apply the benefit toward their paid months. Please reach out to our Affiliate Manager at [email protected].

Are there any benefits for the spaces I refer?

Yes! Spaces who sign up using a referral link receive an automatic 10% discount on their Cobot subscription.

Does the 10% discount get added on top of other discounts?

Each space can only have one active discount at a time. The only exception is for yearly payment, which can be done in addition to one active discount.
