Are you a Learning & Development professional, working within a company or as a freelancer, and finding yourself at a personal or professional crossroads? 🤷♀️🙋♂️
Coaching for L&D is a non-profit project, run voluntarily by the L&D SHAKERS community members and partners, offering “pay it forward” coaching sessions to any L&D professional in need of support in identifying the direction they want to go next.
What does “pay it forward” mean?
A professional coaching session costs anything between £80-£250. With ‘Coaching for L&D’, you can book ANY NUMBER OF SESSIONS you like, for as long as the project lasts, and all you need to do is pay it forward by donating to Save the Children International.

Attend a group coaching session
Throughout the duration of the project, our Coaches will offer small-group coaching sessions.
Spots are always limited, so please book a slot only if you know for sure you can make it, and avoid blocking someone else's spot.
