Coach Terms and Conditions

These Coach Terms and Conditions ("Coach Terms") govern your use of the WellnessHQ mobile application and website (collectively referred to as the "Platform") as a Coach offering wellness-related programs and consultation services. By registering as a Coach and offering services through WellnessHQ, you ("Coach", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Coach Terms, in addition to our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Platform Role

WellnessHQ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates as a technology platform enabling wellness professionals to offer fitness, diet, and mental wellness programs and services. We act solely as an aggregator and facilitator, providing infrastructure for listing, booking, communication, and payment processing. WellnessHQ is not involved in the creation, delivery, or monitoring of sessions and assumes no responsibility for the outcome of any service provided by Coaches.

2. Coach Registration and Approval

To list services on the Platform, you must complete the onboarding process, including verification of your qualifications, certifications, experience, and identity. WellnessHQ reserves the right to accept or reject any Coach application at its sole discretion, and to revoke approval if there is evidence of misconduct, misrepresentation, or breach of these Coach Terms.

3. Independence and Responsibility

As a Coach, you operate as an independent professional and not as an employee, agent, or representative of WellnessHQ. You are solely responsible for the design, accuracy, pricing, delivery, and results of your programs and sessions. You agree to provide services in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner and to honor all commitments made to users through the Platform.

4. Program Content and Delivery

You are responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality program content that reflects your expertise. All materials, videos, and descriptions must be accurate, original, and not infringe upon any third-party rights. Sessions are to be hosted, conducted, and managed by you through external tools or platforms. WellnessHQ is not responsible for facilitating or ensuring the actual delivery of any session or consultation.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

You acknowledge that users participating in your programs may have varying levels of health and fitness. You are expected to clearly communicate any risks or prerequisites and obtain any necessary disclaimers or health declarations before commencing a session. You are solely liable for the outcomes, claims, or disputes arising from any injury, illness, or dissatisfaction resulting from your services.

6. Fees, Payouts, and Taxes

Program pricing and consultation fees will be determined by WellnessHQ based on the Coach’s expertise, experience, and assessed market potential. WellnessHQ will facilitate user payments through integrated payment gateways and will remit your share of the earnings (net of any agreed commission or platform fee) according to the payout schedule shared with you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your bank account and payment details are accurate and up to date. You are also fully responsible for complying with all tax reporting, filing, and payment obligations in your jurisdiction.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You are expected to maintain a professional schedule and minimize cancellations. If you are unable to honor a session, you must inform the user and our support team in advance. Refunds or credits to users for canceled or disputed sessions will be handled in accordance with WellnessHQ’s refund policy, and you may be required to forgo payment in such instances. You are also required to communicate your individual cancellation policy, if applicable, clearly on your program listing.

8. Code of Conduct

You agree to maintain respectful, inclusive, and professional communication with all users. Harassment, discrimination, offensive language, or unprofessional behavior will result in immediate removal from the Platform and potential legal action. You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of any user information shared with you during sessions.
