Float encourages you to take time out of your home to work and mix with folks in your area through a monthly $250 budget for you to use towards renting a co-working space in your community when it makes sense to do so. A true co-working space is one that is solely used for work, not a club or social space and will support your work with a dedicated space that is outside the home.

Here's how you can claim your expense:

1. Purchase the space and forward the receipt to Operations by the 8th of the month to be reimbursed for the prior month's expense
2. If you purchased an annual or multi-month plan, please pro-rate the amount for each month in USD
3. Add the amount you are expensing to your monthly invoice as a separate line item in USD.
4. For US Employees, an expense claim will be processed via JustWorks as a separate transaction.
5. The monthly budget is pro-rated based on your capacity.

Expenses are processed on the 10th of each month for all expenses received up to EOD on the 9th (EST). If you miss this window, the expense is processed the following month.
