Atherton Collieries Juniors FC is a volunteer-led grassroots football club committed to improving facilities, access, and opportunities for children and young people in our local community.

As participation continues to grow across boys, girls, and pan-disability football, we are planning and delivering a range of development projects to ensure our facilities remain safe, inclusive, and fit for the future.

🔧 Current & Planned Development Projects

• Improving pitch quality and drainage to support year-round football

• Installation of storage containers for equipment and matchday operations

• Development of safe spectator areas and pitch-side barriers

• Installation of defibrillator and improved first aid provision

• Creation of inclusive access routes for players, parents, and spectators

• Development of basic welfare facilities to support families and volunteers
