Vira Health is a London-based digital health company focused on relief for the central pain points of menopause. Their ultimate goal is to decrease the long-term disability suffered by women due to osteoporosis, cardiovascular disease and dementia, through better care at menopause. Their first product is an app called Stella, which helps women manage a range of menopausal symptoms through personalised and evidence-based treatment plans. Stella is available whenever you need her - even the middle of the night!
A central component of the support we provide is access to coaches and experts to support a woman on her menopausal journey. We have found that constant access to someone with knowledge of menopause and a specific woman's history is highly beneficial for behaviour change and symptom management.
We are looking for someone with a deep passion for supporting women to understand and manage their menopausal symptoms and wants to build out a team of coaches and experts. Ideally you would have a clinical background, experience with menopause or women's health more generally and have managerial experience with large teams.
