Now we’re hiring our first core person to own client success, implementations, and retention end-to-end.
Your mission
Own the client journey from first discovery to a high-quality live demo flow in production — and ensure customers stay successful, expanding and renewing.
Responsibilities
Discovery & demo flow design
- Run discovery to understand the client’s product, sales process, ICP, and key demo scenarios.
- Define the target demo outcome and map the ideal demo flow aligned with client goals and Naoma’s platform constraints.
Technical requirements & delivery
- Translate client’s input into clear specs for engineering: scope, edge cases, acceptance criteria, limitations, priorities.
- Hand off specs to the tech team, answer questions, unblock delivery.
Review cycle & iteration
- Own the review loop: collect feedback, convert to tasks, prioritize, coordinate iterations.
- Ensure quality and consistency of the demo experience before go-live.
Post-launch ownership (success & retention)
- Stay the primary point of contact after launch: manage change requests, fixes, improvements.
- Monitor demo quality and proactively propose upgrades that increase conversion and customer value.
