A transaction coordination firm was managing all leads and client onboarding through handwritten notes and individual memory. I designed and implemented a full end-to-end onboarding system: structured lead capture, conditional workflow routing, e-signature contract execution, and automated post-signing notification sequence. Onboarding scaled from 35 clients annually to 35–45 per month — a 12–15x increase — with zero additional headcount.
