As we capture all the chat data for you, we also capture all the leads information for you. Just check the Client List in the dashboard, and you can have the whole picture of all the visitors to your PinChat link.

How to collect their info

In the chatroom, you can ask for your visitors’ info by sending a “Request Reply Message”.

There are 4 kinds of Request Reply Message:

  1. Send email request
    1. Ask for their email
  2. Send phone number request
    1. Ask for their phone number
  3. Send date and time request
    1. Ask for a specific date & time (e.g. their date of birth, or a specific date when you want to have a meeting with them)
  4. Send text message request
    1. Ask for an answer in text (e.g. their company name)

Here’s how you can send an email request

Click on the “Send request email message” and set up the message. You can customize the text if you like.
