It is commonly booked as the initial set-up for photography, first guest entry, or guest re-entry on the departure of an Owner.

A deprovision clean is the most extensive clean that involves all areas of the property. The biggest distinction is that it involves stripping of linen but no supply of new linen. However, it may include replacing of Owner's linen depending on the requirements as the property is being returned to an Owner or Client.
