• At Kick-off, defending team must be 10 yards back from the Center Line
• Typical Game Time is 2 halves of 30 Minutes Each
• Substitutions may take place during any Dead-Ball situation if the referee is notified and waves for the substitution to be completed. No Subs allowed on Fouls
• No Punting by the goal keeper. Passing, throwing or rolling only. No Throws over half way. Defending team must retreat fully behind half way.
• No Slide tackling allowed
• All Free Kicks and Corners are direct.
• According to US Soccer rules, Heading is permitted in games where all players are 10 years or older. However it also sais heading is prohibited in any 7VS7 game.
• 8 yard retreat for free kicks by defending wall.
• Size 4 ball only allowed.
• Offsides may be given if the player is offside between the “line of retreat” and the goalkeeper - this is only if the “build out Line” rule is enforced - most just use half way and don’t play offsides.
