Handler in the sense that Cartographer is the Handler for all things Card related

Create a test driven dev setup that checks for upcoming sabbats to ensure the app is good for the next 8 at all times, ie. should verify the next 8 sabbats have actual dates hard coded into it so we can trust that it reliably tracks upcoming release cycles and gives a countdown to how long we have left

• [x] Should accept input as three letter codes and two digit year suffix, eg. LTH25
• [x] Should give all aliases for three digit letter codes, eg. LTH should give “Litha” and “Midsummer” as aliases
• [ ] Should translate aliases into letter codes as well, eg. entering “Midsummer” or “Midsommar” should tell the user to use code “LTH”
• [ ] Should respond to all druidic aliases for all eight sabbats
• [ ] Should be able to determine the current cycle from the current date
• [ ] Should be able to determine the cycle from any given date
• [ ] Should be able to calculate an arbitrary number of sabbat codes going forward, eg. Specifying five should generate a code list with entries for the next five sabbat cycles starting with the current cycle
• [ ] Should check repository for previous Cets to be included after a certain amount of time
  • [ ] We want to make them accessible to the general public but still offer paid subscribers the incentive of early access, I'm thinking maybe six months early for subscribers, so six months from Cet release date script should check repository for inclusion of markdown files in the card database and the PDF maybe one year after original release
  • [ ] In this way the Cets become a living document and members through their subscriptions support and participate in real-time
