Purines = double rings

Thymine is methylated form of Uracil.

Purines - made of Aspartate, Glycine, Glutamate

Pyrimidines - Aspartate, Carbamoyl phosphate

Remember Purines are all about "A"s and "G"s

DNA - negatively charged

Histone - positively charged

C-G bonds = 3 -> more stable, requires more energy/ temp to separate

A-T bonds = 2 are opposite

The shorter the DNA length, it is easier to separate
