Flexibility is the key to stability. ~ John Wooden, basketball coach 🏀
The future of the office will be very different than what we were used to. Covid-19 has only accelerated this change: when people were exposed to 100% work-from-home, some found it to their liking, others not so much. Everyone, unsurprisingly, is different (duh).
This is underscored by the two answers we got from Jurors when we asked about their preferred work arrangement post-pandemic:
**mixed**basis (e.g. 3/2 days office/home).
**flexibility**to decide where you work.
Flexibility does not mean full-remote for all, or two days from home for all. Flexibility is being free to choose what's best for you. That's why we're pursuing a choice-first approach to work to:
**wellbeing**of Jurors (#BeMoreHuman).
**inclusion**to attract (and keep) the best talent (#LoveTheDetails).
A choice-first ****model of flexible working aims to give you the ability to select where you want to work from at any time (#TrustAndDeliver). We are giving Jurors three options, with as few terms & conditions or caveats as possible (#KeepItSimple).
3 options for all roles
Right now, nothing. Once restrictions are fully lifted, you will not need to decide immediately which one you go for. We will follow up beginning of Q3 to have you settle for one of the choices.
