Jack Rose's family originally hail from Albion but he was raised in Aryavarta and has spent most of his adult life in Shenzhou and surrounding areas. He's one of the very few private airship owners and goes to great lengths to keep any and all sticky-fingered governments out of his business. And that business is probably highly dangerous and not strictly legal. Oh well!
